Never done Salvia but apparently the correct way is chewing fresh leaves for a mellow trip and not smoking dried leaf.

I’ve heard mixed things from DMT but I’ve only done it like 3 times and never blasted off but it was still intense like peaking on a really heavy LSD trip but only lasted for like 1-2 minutes.
