I just spend all day coping and waiting for time to pass until i can sleep and repeat the cycle, in the same way, every day, and it causes me pain

There is nothing else to do because i have nobody to do something worthwhile with and i cant just go out and live adventures on my own or get to know people (which i will just be not interested in anyway) because its too exhausting, i cant even go to the store without depleting my energy and making my body ache seriously
