How is harmony calculated?

It's embarassing that I have a 2023 join date and lurking since 2022 and I have to ask this
From what I've seen people will just measure ratios and then throw an estimate based on how it "feels" like as a harmony percentage
Also is there any specific textbook rules on what is like T1-T6 features/ratios?
I feel like people just decide for themselves what it is to be T1 or T2 or tier whatever

If there's any specific guide I've missed @ me there or let me know what i'm missing

its a mess, i think the most accurate "standarized" way to do it is faceiqlabs but if not just look up a guide on here though theyre quite inaccurate, subjective, biased and overall not optimal
