you can't vertically adjust the length of your nose or the nose tip. those people who have nose tip surgery have a drop nose tip and that is not something that makes a long midface.

most people with a long mid-face have an excessively long nose root and dorsum base. plus a narrow face in general

Nose doesn't directly affect MFR, it's your IPD divided by the distance from nasion to top of lip. So a lip lift would theoretically shorten midface but probably not by a lot and it looks gay to boot
