satire most of the time, but got smth right to it. Some ppl stop growing much later than others. If ur still mid puberty with 16, then its not gonna be over with 17 (esspecially if u js turned 17) but if u already have a beard at 16 and other signs of being near the end of puberty then its most likely gonna be over with 17 more or less.
