How is it possible to make money with browser addons?

I've had some niche ideas that pretty much guarantee some people will download the addon. Question is how can that be monetized?

You make an addon , create discord server/telegram channel or whatever, invite people there - once community is active you can sell advertisement.

Would you mind sharing ideas in DMs? What you're saying sounds interesting.

Make a premium version of the addon and have it cost money, although it honestly depends what type of addon it is...
