How is it that women in general and at work, can make gay jokes without being canceled

They can crack gay jokes “ how’s ur boyfriend “ and “ ur boyfriend is ringing on the light” etc etc but if a man did that to another man or girl there’d be major issues, this happened to me, the 2 co workers who did this are cool, and I play things cool and don’t really show emotion like that so I just laugh and ignore it or one time when we was covid testing every week “ one lady said “ ur pregnant” I ignored it

women are immune to scrutiny, I personally think of women in the same way you would a child. they're too stupid to really criticize.
