he has a neutral or slightly positive tilt, youre incorrectly measuring it or youre look at a pic of him from an upward angle. eyebrow shape is not bad, it is positively tilted but not excessively, and has the angular upside down v shape, and peaks at around 2/3 of its length, which is optimal. plus the eyebrows are low-set. he has a 3:1 eye width to height ratio which is optimal, and he has a downward medial canthus. his eyes are hooded as well and he has a neutral hooded tilt. only drawback is the colour. But you dont need this kind of psl autism to know his eye area is good. any woman will tell you his eyes are very attractive (in his prime at least)
his eye area is a 7/10 with no major flaws
