How is life in Finland and Baltic (Estonia and Latvia)?

As the title says, I'm really curious. Cost of living, lifestyle, people etc.

I live in the Balkans and I always liked these countries, mainly because I can't stand summer.
Also winter, vodka, blondes and WRC sounds great to me and I would love to visit these countries one day.
