i need 10 hours to navigate through shitty microsoft support page AND SELECT THROUGH OPTIONS OF WHAT MY PROBLEM IS SO I HAVE THE LIVE SERVICE OPTION RECOMMENDED. OTHERWISE YOU CANNOT CHOOSE/FIND IT
