1 hr of cardio every day

then alternating between one day where I eat maintenance calories and the next day where I don't eat anything

basically a 24-36 hour fast a couple times a week

at a consistent rate i can lose 1lb every 2 days like this

Enjoy your muscle loss from excessive cardio. You will be skinny fat in no time.

Eat (maintance - 500 kcal) everyday.

at this consistent rate you will lose weight indeed, however it's not going to be fat but muscle that it's lost

autism, you will yoyo back to binge eating

do small adjustments in your life, nobody lost fat here by being retarded

what's your weight?

That's like 56 pounds in a year which is 25kg. Cmon brah, that's a lot in a year. if you aren't shredded 2020, you will be 2021

i weigh 230 rn, i lost 30lbs so far this year which is decent but not a good pace i need it to be

i need to be WELL UNDER 200lbs by the end of the year. not 205 or 210 or some bullshit
that's more than turning up a notch

drastic times drastic measures

Stop long cardios, increase water fastings time.
If you are legit overweight you can go really long time in fasts if you also take some sodium, potassium and magnesium.

Start by eating clean. Have healthy foods ready for dinner / snacks when you might be lazy. Then, you can incorporate Intermittent fasting

Filler carbs can be Peas (NOT chickpeas) and oats; some from other vegetables and fruits. Chickpeas and many others are significantly anti androgenic and will make you weak and fat. If need more energy for exercise can have potatoes beforehand

For dinner minimize carbs and can fill up on broccoli, riced cauliflower for example.

For extra protein use undenatured whey or egg whites. Powdered vegetable should be avoided as it may contain heavy metals

Make sure you cover your vitamins and essential minerals. These can be looked up. Oyster shell calcium may contain heavy metals and is to be avoided.

You will also have to incorporate healthy fats, which are actually more essential to life than carbs, but that's the end of this effort post

I could try that I wanted to do longer fasts but I was worried about my metabolism slowing down and other health problems that could come up

i've incorporated pretty much all of this into my diet over the past 5-6 months. i need to speed up the process though its not enough

1 hr of cardio every day will increase cortisol levels drastically, resulting in low t levels

1 hour cardio is not the one.

It's not how long, it's how good.

You need to be doing HIIT sprints, while using periods of fasting and making sure you eat fibre so as to speed the digestive system.

All you need with a solid diet.

Make sure you're always in a calorific deficit (More calories burned, than taken in) and simple. You will lose weight.

Bro go on YouTube and search “Snake Diet” basically you are living off your body’s stored fat. The reason this might work well is #1 fasting is great for HGH so if you combined it with weight lifting you might keep most of your muscle. Idk what body fat you are but basically all you do is drink “snake juice” which is water + a tiny bit of salt.

just eat less than usual (your normal daily calory intake) it's not fucking rocket science JFL

Fasting is the best way to get shredded

Lift weights and do 48 hour fast to get lean

Also incline treadmill for best cardio

Also inject Test for mandible growth and good muscle building

Dont eat 4 hours before sleep. always go to bed with a empty stomach
