Do you have some extra fat, and your nose could be better? Yes, but the maxilla is on point.

That's a big difference, he went from negative orbital vector to positive orbital vector, with more compact and square orbits. He just keeps posting scans and pics where he is extremely swolen and fat, that's it. Once he is lean and without swelling he'll mog, bone wise he couldn't be in a better position right now.
