u could use a longer ramus, chewing for long periods of time (months-years) could increase its size, or u could just get a jaw implant

not true, theres a LOTTT of limits with surgery, so many things surgery cant help with
in a couple hundred years it could be possible to change your whole face though

for example no surgery could give me lips like barrett's, even though the difference is only a few mms
