how is my skin regiment (rate and verdict it, anyone is welcomed to ask questions )

ive had severe hyperpigmentation, comedonal acne, pimples, whiteheads and generally very bad skin. on apr i decided to skinmaxx and started tret. so for almost 3 months from mid apr 2026 to the end of june 2026 i followed a strict skin regiment that looked like this:

AM (morning): wash with dove moisturizing bar SPF 50 infused with moisturizing agents
PM (night): wash with dove moisturizing bar tretinoin .05%

by the end of june, i had seen around a 50% reduction in acne especially the pimples and whiteheads, with the comedones being somewhat persistent but still had a decrease in them too. however, i only saw a measly 5% decrease in my hyperpigmentation likely due to my regiment not including a tyrosinase inhibiting active.
anyway, my new regiment that ive started from july 1 looks like this:

AM (morning): wash with dove moisturizing bar thiamidol .02% azelaic acid 20% SPF 50 infused with moisturizing agents
PM (night): wash with dove moisturizing bar thiamidol .02% tretinoin .05%

i shouldve added a mosturizer at the end of my pm routine but my face is oily and ive ran out of money so wtv. anways, please comment on this regiment, ask questions and recommend changes.
