How is my skin so bad

I do skincare everyday double cleanse use salicylic acid i waste money this is what my bathroom looks like and my skin is still dogshit im on test and hgh and aromasin is this why? i eat pretty clean and i wash my face twice a day bro help me pls. Is there anything like i can go to a skincare person and get ts removed or something some please help idk what to do
