I'm 16, i started wearing glasses and its been bothering me that my nose and face are so fucking oily, it makes my glasses slide easily and i also got sebaceous filaments. What products may help to reduce that? I was thinking of niacinamide, salicylic acid but idk whats the best also which brands to get.

if u can deal with side effects, all roads lead to accutane

what are the side effects? would it help with everything ive covered?
google it. some users only get dry skin, some experience more. it suppresses oil production in the glands so yeah itd help

Aajonus said that it's due to the toxins leaving (detox) through the skin and the oil glands are most prevalent at the nose (so basically go full no toxins)
Or
Hop on accutane

what brand? i saw someone recommend cerave but idk, it's like a 3 in 1 cleanser with salicylic acid, niacinamide and a couple other things

Having same issue. I use prods like tret, AzA, and SA (nose only). Been almost half a year and not getting the results I want. AzA is good for morning mattifying, but my face gets so oily EOD. Next time i go to my derm im asking for low dose accutane.
