Yeah there was that phase when I had so much work for school and extracurriculars that I was getting shit sleep, no exercise, junk food, fapping more often, and then stopped.
T levels must've crashed because that's when I stopped fapping for 2 weeks.

Lifestyle is unironically important, average T levels continue to decrease with each generation.

I routinely go 1-2wks, longer if I'm busy. You have to just plan your day so you're not sitting at home, where it's easy to whip your dick out and bust a nut in less than 5min. Also, self-control.
