How is Spain for dating?

I’m a white British guy looking to geomaxx as my business is online.

My priorities are:
- Good weather (I love sun)
- Good infrastructure - don’t want to go
somewhere with absurd poverty and be high smv because the area is trash
- Ideally money goes further
- Having a boost in smv and enhanced dating life
- I will willingly learn another language but ideally English is spoken

My thoughts are Barcelona or Valencia are my best bets?

Marrakech has been good in terms of money further, weather and smv boost, but the infrastructure is poor and city isn’t as vibrant as somewhere in Europe so I don’t think I can see myself living here.

I was just looking to see if my SMV would be 'comparatively' higher there than in London.

London is known for being very competitive and I thought I might stand out more in Spain.

I'll likely give Barca a shot when it gets hotter and will head out to Bangkok later this year.

Dubai also has a lot of attractive women, beaches, is safe etc. For low COL I think Spain and Portugal should be decent in the EU right? Probably want to go somewhere where your pheno stands out so countries where people have darker eyes and hair maybe. Also spaniards and Portuguese are shorter so that helps.

Balkans are nice and cheap with beautiful women but you'll get brutally height mogged there.
