man genuinely wtf is this question, but its easy. First you start with PDO on lateral part of ur eyes, then you can try botox on supras. Thats the safest way, If you wanna go after surgery try this:
- Canthopexy If you have neutral tilt and sclera show
-Canthoplasty If you have less than 0 degres of canthal tilt (I would combine with pexy)
-infra implants If you have negative orbital vector
-Fat grafting on infras to reduce Lower eyelid exposure and on supras to reduce Upper eyelid exposure
-epicanthoplasty (only If you have unideal pfl or pfl to bizygo)
