The guy on the photo below was supposedly kicked by a horse and his bone grew because of that.

My questions is
why did the guy's skull grow so much with just ONE kick?

PD: If you said it has to do with with the bruising, I still don't see how it makes sense since the bruising occurs over the bone

Looks like his zygomatic arch fractured and couldnt heal properly

the bone was just repositioned by the kick

Bone fractured and his eye socket got swollen for a long time and the swelling displaced the bone when it was healing

no evidence but i am doing it
on my chin .only once a week and i feel the bone pain and slight swelling .i dont hit very hard tho.my chin is larger but from swelling .will try for 3 months and take bunch of bone supplements like :zinc,calcium,k2,vitmaind and boron.
 
i dont have a good chin and its my looks min

if you take calcium you should take magnesium, otherwise you can lose bone. I can get deeper into this if you want me to.

Also, if you hit weakly then you'll lose bone mass instead of gaining it. Or maybe you don't lose but you won't see gains at all. You need some pain. That's what I've been told. It makes sense to me since even though the theory just fits well, I tried for a month and saw no gains but I think even lose JFL. I was also told to read the comments of that indigenous Swiss guy's videos.

i have pain i just don't hit so hard it bruises lol
