how is this workout routine?

is this routine good for a 4.5 month beginner? what changes should i make?

Upper A
Bench 3x5
Incline Bench 3x8
Lat Pulldowns 3x8 (any grip)
Bent Over Rows 3x8
Curls 3x10/Reverse Flies 3x12 Superset

Lower A
Squats 3x5
Weighted Back Extensions 3x8
Bulgarian Split Squats 3x10
Leg Curls 3x10
Ab work 3x15/Calf raises 3x12 Superset

Rest

Upper B
OHP 3x5
Flies 3x10
Pullups 3x8
Pendlay Rows 3x8
Face Pulls 3x12/Tricep pressdowns 3x10 Superset

Rest

Lower B
Deadlift 3x5
Lunges 3×8
Single Leg Extensions 3x10 (both legs)
Leg Curls 3x10
Ab work 3x15/Calf Raises 3x12 Superset

Rest

Repeat

Just go for 3X8 tbh, a good mix of strength and hypertrophy. you'll get big either way tbh if you have good genetics. just don't go too low and injure yourself, that's how most strengthcels end their lifting hobby. 1 pop in the shoulder and bye bye.

and listen to your body more than anything, more than the youtube videos or random posts online.

ok thank you so much bro! yeah idk why but ive been trying to go heavy lately (ego maybe idk)... do you think i should putcable crossovers and flies in Upper A?

If you feel like it and can recover, what i would say tho is for sure bump the reps on the incline. like 10-12
