I think they will come to an agreement with Russia taking the territory they claimed and Ukraine still existing. So Russia gets maybe 10-15% of Ukraine.

Yes but I heard that Russia is now completely using drone and cyber warfare while possibly building up a counter offensive.

And Ukraine is not receiving nearly as much aid from the U.S anymore so it could be bad for them when this counter offensive does hit.

Both countries are kinda fucked.
Ukraine is currently winning in terms of their miltary getting more equipment than gets destroyed where as russia loses more equipment that it builds.
