I just wanted to talk with people about our current mental health and how were helping it.
Me personally, I'm not doing amazingly, a lot of stuff has happened recently and it has fucked me up a bit but I'm getting better and I am trying my best to stay grounded. Going for walks really helps me to calm down a lot. Doing exercises later at night help too and a better diet has helped. Supplementing vitamin D has helped me a bit too (no idea if it's a placebo or not)
