That's an okay amount of sleep. Getting a nightly routine will help sleep alot. Starting to dim lights in the evening, no blue lights, preferably no phone etc for one hour before sleep, etc. etc. I have an alarm on my phone one hour before I should go to sleep. Then it's just the routine of closing electronics, taking my evening vitamins, brushing my teeth and reading etc to help my brain to get into that going to sleep mode. Also only sleeping in your bed can make sleeping easier. Try not to bedrot or be in your bed if it's not for sleeping and your brain will associate your bed with going to sleepYea. Insomnia is a no go though. Im currently getting 7-7.5 hours of sleep on test, dhb abd tren, with sleep meds which is acceptable but I cant push thing any further than this.

I don't take any compounds, I'm a full natty science based lifter. Only thing that I take for sleep is 10-20mg melatonin. Blue light doesn't affect me that much if i have my routine like you said. As a natty I could abuse my retinas with the brightest blue light and just slip in to an 8 hour coma the second my head touched the pillow.
