Greatness is not meant for everyone, that much is true. The average man would rather sit on the couch, be sleep deprived, have low testosterone levels and live a very cucked life. In your case however, you know you could ascend but chose to give up, that will require a much higher level of denial.

Good luck

What does this have to do with going to gym?

I quit the gym recently but have one at home. Only workout 3 times a week now, as school started again. Don't regret it, it's not for everyone. Seriously hated dealing with the women there.

Gymmaxxing naturally raises test, a muscular body raises your SMV, and it releases endorphins which physically improve your mood. It also helps lean out your face too.

NO, leanmaxxing does. Eating too much puts strain on your body Ocasional pushup, calisthenics is ideal

Yeah I agree. I’m not saying bulk. Me personally I try and hit around 2000-2500cals a day and work out 5-6 days a week. Just calisthenics and some dumbbell work

As Mike Israetel said, starting physique matters a lot when looking at the genetic side of things.

Guys who start smaller need to put in a lot more work to look big than the guys who are already big in high school.

That's why it's best not to compare to others. Because genetics matter a LOT

I mean you lowkey do unless you’re running a fuck ton.
wtf???? Running a lot will just make a u holocaust victim. If u have a natural good diet u won’t be skinny fat or whatever that’s a diet issue lil bro

Yeah a good diet is important I agree but you’re not going to have any muscle mass by just eating right. You won’t even be that toned unless you used to work out a lot in the past. But muscles will atrophy over time and that won’t last forever

Exactly. The gym is actually the only part of my day I look forwards to atp. Even video games are boring now

Actually the opposite. Gym makes it easier to fall asleep, so you're less likely to stay up all night staring at screens and you'll take sleep more seriously since it has a direct impact on your training. I look at my parents and I see them every night sitting in front of the tv like zombies so tired they're half asleep, this is just terrible for sleep quality.

Also, exercise, especially resistance training has been proven to maximize testosterone levels in both men and women, therefore making us stronger and more capable human beings and that shows in how we look versus the average person who doesn't lift.

But sure, keep coping and being lazy

What makes you think if you dont go to the gym youll be staring at screens at night, wheres the correlation :lul:

Show me the proof that it "maximizes" testosterone because all i see is that it lowers it, in cases where it raises testosterone it all just gets used up for your muscles and you you get lower test than baseline

personally, I have a way better posture ever since I got muscular, and I just walk around feeling so powerful, with wide shoulders and wide lats. There is nothing in the world like that feeling. Even getting a stacy girlfriend could not replicate what being muscular feels like.

If testosterone levels were really lower, then muscle growth would not occur.

Truth is, libido is the only aspect that is lowered by exercise, not testosterone, but that's a good thing, because when you're single, you don't want to be jerking off 4 times per day, you just feel like a loser all the time if you do that. I'm not kidding, sometimes I get horny then I go lift and the desire goes away, but if I needed to get hard for sex, I easily could (I tested it so I know).

It just reduces the amount of times you masturbate, but instead you get to feel and be a superior man.
