Gym makes it easier to fall asleep, so you're less likely to stay up all night staring at screens and you'll take sleep more seriously since it has a direct impact on your training. personally, I have a way better posture ever since I got muscular, and I just walk around feeling so powerful, with wide shoulders and wide lats. There is nothing in the world like that feeling.
