Basically if you are someone who sits at a desk alot, your posture becomes bad, and spine compresses. Anterior pelvic tilt and rounded shoulders are the obvious signs.

I used gravity boots, but you can also just hang from a bar with your hands. After hanging for a few mins you feel your spine decompress. It will compress again when you sit at a desk and walk around.

I would use gravity boots and then go straight to be and lie down, so my spine couldn't decompress while I slept, I think having elevated igf-1 also helped.

I was 19 when I did it and I grew around 1-2inches.

Tbf when i was younger a had good face, but i descended gigahard at 16 cuz i dirty bulked, broke out got acne, high bf%, stayed 5'6 and was just so fucking ugly.

Obviously ascending helped a lot but even compared to when i was 14 and 15 and had girls asking me out, now its more direct and the iois are more obvious.
