How late is usually "too late"?

Both of my parents are recessed and i somehow look out for ways to have foward growth
Started this looksmaxxing shit on 14, im 15 now and all i did was fixing my breath+habits+what i eat etc. I know if i did these from the start, i could be a fucking model but oh well i was ldaring instead of caring about my looks
