I LDAR when i was on .me and lost nearly 15lbs. I trained everyday and went from 17% (high estimate) to 12% bf. All while getting stronger. My jaw has become substantially more prominent. Not quite chad but nearly chadlite jawline.
LDAR is essentially a fasted state. You dont eat much for a day or 2 (protein shakes and maybe 1 meal a day) and then eat normally for a few days then not much.
It is basically intermiddent fasting i think.
