Same, im ~14% eating1500kcals a day along with cardio and calisthenics
diet is the most important thing to lose bf
but i'm struggling to get enought protein

I eat a giga chicken salad everyday thats only 600kcal but has like 80g protein. If you want i can link the yt video that has the recipe.

Definitely 13-16%. Gained some BF, was like 10-11% before (visible abs in all lighting), now they look shredded only in good lighting. Peanutbuttermaxxing is pretty good ngl.

Just calisthenicsmaxx boyo. Pull-ups, chin-ups, push-up variants, squat variants, maybe some dumbbells is more than enough to at least maintain muscle. Add a shit ton of volume to compensate for the lack of adequate loading.

i almost have visible abs, and the reason i don't is probably the complete lack of abdominal muscles and not high bf
that being said i'm not really that lean, i'm not skinny ripped or skinny fat just a normal skinny nigga

i need to have motivation to workout, since i'm not doing sports that motivation would mainly be from just going to the gym, because once im inside the gym i have no choice but to go and lift hilariously low amounts of weight. obviously that is no longer an option
corona came around just after i finished my first season of wrestling and before i was about to go to an offseason club, so it fucked me and i am back to rotting
i didn't really gain that much muscle during the wrestling season so i haven't really lost any by rotting but i definitely lost all the cardio benefits of it
