When i eat Döner Kebab, some meal from my mom and a few cookies, I already gain weight.

How are you faggots staying 10% bodyfat your entire life ?

They eat smaller portions or eat big in one sitting but have longer breaks in between meals. I often have a starving/hungry sensation in the stomach but no desire to eat and have to force food just to not feel stomach pain
