it's legit till it gets too easy, doesn't matter how you train the muscle too much along as you are improving i.e. progressive overload, but you will bottle neck on legs quite fast

Yeah I mean bottle neck as in your legs will hold you back in terms of physique since you don’t get much of a hypertrophic response from building up and up to crazy rep ranges, it just becomes and endurance feat lol.

with pushups and everything you start off with a good base of weighted and getting up to high rep ranges in basic movements but the key is doing different progressions, like you do pushups then after getting to x number of Reps or weight you do incline pushups, then archer pushups then one armed etc.

I do have a list saved but I’ll need to find it out if you want it
 
They're legit but make sure you combine it with some weightlifting to get real fucking strong.

low bf for my cheeks and some muscle for the body
otter mode is easy to achieve, you just need newbie gains + low bf
The downside is that it looks like you don't even lift when you have shirts on
