How legit is HT for NW2+shit temples

title. I am nw2+ have shitty temples since puberty since then hairloss is very stable. Should I still hop on fin and hope for some regrowth or just do a HT?

But why hop on fin when my hairloss is stable? I done also a Trichoscan to know if I my hairless is 100% stable (results will come in some weeks).
