I just think its really really unlikely that super rich people who have access to the best surgeons and have a MASSIVE incentive to become more attractive and to maintain their physical beauty as long as possible wouldnt exploit every available avenue

Its like thinking professional athletes arent paying doctors to figure out ways they can take PEDs without getting caught. Theres literally no reason not to do it and every reason to do it.

That doesnt mean 100% of attractive people in the public eye have had major surgeries, some are just genetic freaks etc
