I do this non stop when i sit down, especially at my officecuck jobMostly legit. Skinny people have a habit of tapping their foot when they sit though and this can actually burn quite a lot of calories. It’s called Non Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. This would make up for the small increase in calories burned that you would have had if you stood.
