Possible is the best predictor we have. As far I'm concerned, there have no studies linking Latisse to orbital fat loss. But there are tons of anecdotal evidence on it occurring, so maybe it's just that research hasn't been conducted on it.

I personally believe that if there are any effects they will happen very slowly, by the time you notice any significant loss of fat in the area (if any) you will likely be at the age where you will need some cosmetic touch-up regardless. :)

IMO, use it and don't worry about it, the benefits are great. So far we don't know for sure if fat loss really occurs (from a scientific perspective), but it is safe to say it is a real possibility given the mountains of anecdotes on it (these anecdotes may be slightly biased btw given that they come from older women usually, so it could be Latisse, it could also be natural aging, or the combination of the two making the issue worse that I'd be for a younger person).

Forgot to note that also even among anecdotes, they're pretty mixed, some people say it doesn't happen at all, others say it does?? Some people may be more sensitive to it than others if it does occur.

Use it, use it properly and avoid getting it too close to your orbital bone and tissue, and specially do not apply it on eyebrows. Apparently the loss is also mostly reversible once you stop using it, but if you get unlucky enough to experience significant fat loss years down the road (again, unlikely that you'll notice anything in a few months), just do fat grafting, not that expensive anyways + huge looksmaxx
