Would probably be the best country to whoremonger in, a extremly free market in this field would create ideal brothels.

Never best thing that can happen is we get police free zones full of drugs crime and open prostitution and a economic collapse forcing many high schooh or collage girls to take up prostitution

yea I couldn't see a place like South dakota legalizing prostitution but I'm surprised a place like California hasn't
