I mean there's obviously some actual difference between before and after pics, but your mewing mention is on point too, ironically these doc results have more in common with mewing "transformations" than you prob think. Cos this doc before and after pics fraud game on par or even mogs those from the mewing "transformation" club.

The angles are chosen to strategically reduce attractiveness in the before pics and in reverse for after. Which is ok for scamming normies but also does bring the negative scammy tone (+ keep in mind the price tag in contrast to these "cheap" looking, mewing transformation ahh angle tricks of before and afters) for people who know this stuff, even tho like i mentioned previously the results are in fact legit, just the presentation is towards maximum sales for the price of lost transparency and honesty.
