How long after bulking can I cut

this the optimal stack? whats the most important part if i dont wanna do it all
You can skip the magnesium glycine and if you really don’t want to do it all you could skip nac but it’s not that expensive and will help alot

Holy fuck 6'1 at that weight is fuckin crazy. How as a a man can you allow such a thing to happen. And to bulk up to 145 and say you lose definition??? Wtf how is that even possible. Leanmaxxing to that level is completely pointless imo. Only deteriorating your health at that point. At 6'1 you should try and atleast be 200lbs

I have no ass ive been told multiple times that i ave nbo ass or legs. My bf is not that low, im prone to storing weigt on my face and face is kiung ive never been lower than 13
