How long after coming off of Mk 677 can you eat sugar again?

Does anyone know when you can eat sugar again after coming off of Mk 677?

You can eat sugar on MK677, you just may have increased insulin resistance, that's why there is the risk of becoming diabetic. Obviously it's very unlikely unless you eat terribly, but if you eat like actual dog shit, you're susceptible to getting type 2 diabetes anyway.
