People have recovered after longer, but there is never a guaranty.
You could be fuck buy just a 4 month cycle, obviously low chance tho

gotcha. and when i decide to get off of the trt dose eventually do i just do a typical pct with nolvadex and hcg or do you know how you would go about that?

Hcg is the important part. The rest is just to minimise side effects of coming off iirc.

Some people bounce back regardless of trt its just genetics.

If you are doing 1 cycle and then pcting 12 weeks is abit short. Consider up to 24 weeks. Especially for a test cycle
