How long can it take to from 24% bodyfat to 15

I aim to cut down to 15 in less than 2 months time
Even with high cortisol and maybe surgery

that should put you between 1-2kg per week but it all depends on how much cardio u do and what ur maintenance cals is

If you're skinny at 24% , the first thing you should do is lift weights and drink some protein shakes

If u have cortisol problems, cutting will make ur cortisol spike even harder

Best thing ive found that works for me is u dont really want to have periods where ur fasting. This means space out 3 meals per day and try not to binge eat too many calories in one sitting coz then u gotta compromise and skip meals later, and youll get hit with cortisol spikes from not eating for too long.

Eat a low fat diet with good amount of protein and carbs is best

Im on 100mg trt per week tbh im afraid of more hair loss and gyno at that bodyfat
