I mean in sense like, not many or practically knows that you do looksmaxxing?
You don't speak on it, you take dut when needed, you upkeep daily(hard to manage if you have other curricular activities) but 7/10 possible, yes very subjective, but nonetheless point stands, but can you realistically opt for 10/10 optimization every day?
Sleep maxxing, so you feel good and what not, thats important, maybe in theory you could opt for 8/10 every day, perhaps 9/10
these scales im meaning is 9/10 times you will win, but that 1 will suck badly when you arent in your peak vs when you are consistently in your peak
