3 months in, I could notice some improvement mainly thickening and darkening but it barely grew new terminal hair.
6 months in, some sparse areas are filling in but it's mainly vellus hair.

Nope I just apply topical 5% foam on my eyebrows daily with my left index finger. I'd still say you get more ROI from just dying them though I almost gave up
