Too young for anything like that, plus I don’t need to cut that much my lip to nose ratio is at a 1.4 and I need 1.56

in that case, wait anywhere between 5 and 12 days depending on recovery time, 1.56 from 1.4 is unrealistic as your orbi oris is a sensitive muscle. aim for 1.48 or just under, but remember you are still a kid and mouth extenders do work during development and can get you that extra bit without permanent damaging effects to maybe 1.53? which is close enough to perfect

remember to be safe and keep the blade sterile and dont overdo it, go to a doctor if stinging pain continues while pouting your lips 2 weeks after + do your own research
