How long do you estimate I can keep mewing for?

Legit not cope. Ive been hard mewing for 5 months and my midface and lower third have improved greatly compared to a professional photo taken before i started

im 16 and 15 when i started and started puberty pretty late. any estimate on how much more I can milk out of this

When it comes to mewing it is hard to say what comes from puberty and what comes from the act itself. Just continue to have proper tongue posture for the rest of your life and you'll be good.

Became noticeably more compact. My old id has me looking like fucking bojack jfl. Now it’s closer to bales if not a little better which still isn’t ideal but it’s better than before

The changes your experiencing is not because of mewing your only just optimising natural growth mewing will achieve nothing beyond that. Mewing is just the practice of good posture nothing more, it does not change your face like you think changes are minimal if any
