I had one jar with rotten beef liver for about 3 months before eating it. Another jar I had with beef liver in I was planning to have rot for a year but my dad and doctor had a chimp out about muh high ldl cholesterol from animal fats is gonna give me a heart attack and you need to eat muh vegetables and grains. So then my dad threw it away after my dumb worthless fucking doctor was thinking about putting me on statin smh.
