how long does accutane purging last?

Ive only been on 20mg for twelves days now and my skin is breaking out much worse than it ever has with cysts below the skin the size of coins. Ive always had really bad nodulocystic acne but how its looking lately as well as the pain is rough.

if ur purge is rlly bad take it less frequently, (20mg daily is a high af dose if youve never taken it) on a well-dosed accutane taking, purge is from about 1.5months-3months then you see significant improvement

fuucck bro ive already been struggling with sleep from the pain as well as focusing in school i didnt think the purge would last this long. Appreciate the info ill talk to my dermatologist about it

Took me like 1.5 months for purging to stop then it started working like a charm
