Send me some scientific evidence pls 😢

Longitudinal research suggests that over the lifetime, at least 73% of individuals diagnosed with major depressive disorder will endure future episodes, while 90% of individuals with at least three previous episodes will endure more (Mueller et al., 1999; Hollon et al., 2006; Wojnarowski et al., 2018; Solomon et al., 2000).

In theory yes. Abraham Lincoln described his (probably) depression as a black hound that follows him everywhere.

Yeah if you don't do anything abt it, water stuff like exercise, diet, sleep, therapist and SSRI's if needed etc can help. There's also other less water stuff, things like meditation, psychedelics, nature retreats and things

Depression can be caused by so many things potentially. I wouldn't give up hope. I have experienced it a lot but I also have periods where I'm perfectly content and don't feel that dull feeling of nothingness. Research it in depth. I think modern life causes it for the most part because it is very antithetical to our instinctual urges.

As long as you live unnaturally. You need to eat well, sleep well, have a loyal virgin wife and multiple children with her and to spend time with them. Else you will just cope and continue being depressed.

Idc if that could fix anything. My main causes of sadness are unfixable

Part of figuring out how to treat depression is finding & treating what's causing, in other words you'd be fixing your problems in order to get rid of depression (which would be your sadness)

But I just cannot fix them. I know exactly what they are

It can't be that fucked up? You don't need Le Fort 3 or something, right?
It's not THAT fucked up. Just 3/10. I have a downgrown face with long philtrum

How do you know it's not fixable? Have you already tried everything I originally said?

Haven't tried shit
Then there's the problem, that's like saying "I can't get skinny" even though you have no diet and don't exercise. Try doing the stuff I said and you'll be fine

It would push my jaw forward which would make my face look even longer
Hm... I seriously doubt this but I've not seen what you look like. A longer/taller face isn't even bad, better than a short face.

Depression in most people is not genetic or biological

As it's increased by hundreds of percentage in frequency in the new age

Thus it's environmental,

You're stuck on a layer. Very simple

Just figure out which one

Or you compare yourself with objects you know the heights of lol.
Everytime I pass by my doorway I do a quick glance at the 168cm line I made on the wall. sometimes im above by 2cm sometimes im right on the mark. SOMETIMES IM 3CM UNDER :ROFLMAO:

If you are depressed because of a girl, it will go away in about a year if you stay away from her. (lack of validation depression)

If you are depressed because of external things or traits it will go away once you ignore or accept them (low self esteem depression)

If you are depressed because of an inner sense of dread it could go away if you get sunlight, nature time, and excercise.

The inner dread depression is the worst because you can stay away from people or thoughts but you can't escape emotions, only minimize their effect.

First never validate negative feelings or do introspection during this time, give the feelings a voice and they will make you miserable, never self talk or ruminate. focus on having fun or something

In all likelihood if you had it once you'll have it in the future but there are ways to cope with this insufferable emotion
