How long does injected GH stay in your system for?

If I have bloods done for example a week from now and I don’t want my artifically altered GH with injections to show up on my blood test, what would be the longest I could stay injecting for up until that point?

2 days before? The night before?

I am actually slightly deficient in GH, but I don’t wanna stop injecting until the day/max a few days before my appointment to max out height gains as much as possible.

Online it says 24h, is this true?
